Newforma is a firstly a FUN company to be with. Don't get me wrong, we do work hard, but we also play hard and there is a great sense of camaraderie. There is a great sense of community, with everyone working to help each other as much as possible. People are encouraged to think outside of the box and to try new things. New ideas are greatly encouraged and failing in attempting something new is better than doing nothing at all. "Get out of your comfort zone, your "job" is what you make it", roles are quite fluid allowing people to experiment in areas they are either curious or passionate about and everyday is a new adventure! Newforma is also the most politics-free company I've ever worked for and that's very important for me.
