Cons
When the transition from Dreamscape Networks to Newfold occurred, everything changed, including KPIs, QA, and commissions. Previously, we focused on resolving issues, but the shift to aggressive selling tactics, even within technical support, negatively impacted our survey ratings. The emphasis on commissions led many to prioritize sales over effective resolutions, straying from our core focus on problem-solving.
