Pros
The 401(k) match is the only decent perk, but with the pathetic salary, it doesn't count for much. Coworkers are generally nice — mostly because we’re all trauma-bonded from the toxic environment.
Cons
There are too many issues. Management is openly racist toward non-Chinese employees and they’re usually the first to be laid off. They expect million-dollar work for pennies, and HR will laugh at you after you’re let go. It’s a hostile environment. Leadership constantly throws out new ideas without much thought, and if those ideas fail, you’re the one who gets laid off.
