Management is terrible. Managers for CS during the time didnt really help or assist you in any way to improve in your work. Its get better or get out 1 manager would get all the women and make them sit next to him, real creep. They make you fill in for higher position jobs when they are lost without extra pay. Quality insurance did not exist, it was more of their own personal opinion of what they think you should have said instead of following guidelines. Forced Over time. Black out dates for PTO, usually from September to February you will never get off. PTO is terrible.
