Empty promises This company is a nowhere fast business They under pay you - way below the median pay Management has to do what they are told to do even if asked to do something unethical Politics are very high Racially imbalanced Turnover here is among the worst in the country and they lie about their numbers Top management has not been there for over a couple of years Every couple of years they lay off workers to buy more space and give more bonuses to Upper Management KPI scores are unreal because they are skewed due to Upper Managements disapproval They devalue their employees The HR Department is a merry go round of new faces that stay for as long as the Senior Management The Owner calls the shots but has people in high places to take the fall
