Pros

Sometimes you meet people who actually have knowledge in the industry. Food trucks...once every quarter....or year.

Cons

Newegg VP/ C-Suites are all full of crap and are all unqualified. They always give unrealistic deadlines and expectations. The company is full of politics and managers/ VPs who will throw you under the bus. If you love catching covid, this is the place to be! Top management/ HR always tells employees to wear masks, in reality, they do not even wear theirs! Shows you the type of leadership. They are unwilling to invest in their employees who have been with the company for years. VPs do not trust their employees. When a manager and their team have made a decision on a project, the VP will always step in and do a 180 flip on the project scope. They will always tell you that they have been working here for 15+ years and you should listen to them. Always wants IT to build in-house software when there are more effective software/ systems out in the market. A company fully of problems, yet C-Suite will never acknowledge. Does not have solid foundations in any part of their revenue stream, always want to expand before doing proper analysis and managing.

Pros

Great learning opportunities with exposure to multiple aspects of the business. Fast-paced environment that encourages continuous growth and adaptability. Clear team structure and well-defined responsibilities, allowing employees to stay focused and execute efficiently. Plenty of opportunities to take ownership of projects and make a meaningful impact. Collaborative teams and strong cross-functional communication.

Cons

As a global company with a diverse workforce, communication styles can vary across teams. In some situations, discussions may take place in languages other than English, which can occasionally create challenges for employees who are not fluent in those languages.
