Pros

WIth the exception of management, you work with good people (a few) who are talented and believe in the company.

Cons

--Pay is low and Health Benefits are expensive and have to wait a year to start 401k and even matching contribution is low. -- Revolving door of employment, if management doesnt like you they will fire you or find a way to do it.. -- Management is like Big brother watching everything you do, all the time --Mentally suppressive environment and no promotional/advancement opportunity. --Felt like Jail and not appreciated for the hard work you do. --Very clique-ish and favoritism to an extreme --lack of a work life balance. --Was told by management that this Job is first and your family doesn't matter, but management took more days off than they worked even though I rather saw any actual work being done by them. --Never a positive meeting, would always get yelled at (as a group) for one person's mistake or just cause management was having a bad day.

Pros

Great learning opportunities with exposure to multiple aspects of the business. Fast-paced environment that encourages continuous growth and adaptability. Clear team structure and well-defined responsibilities, allowing employees to stay focused and execute efficiently. Plenty of opportunities to take ownership of projects and make a meaningful impact. Collaborative teams and strong cross-functional communication.

Cons

As a global company with a diverse workforce, communication styles can vary across teams. In some situations, discussions may take place in languages other than English, which can occasionally create challenges for employees who are not fluent in those languages.
