Pros
As misguided, directionless, and embarrassingly cheap as this place is as the executives hoard the money for their year end champagne popping massive bonus meeting IN THE OFFICE in December, there are nice people there.
Cons
Google the firms name. They seek out brokers who can’t work anywhere else due to marked up licenses exclusively because no big producer with a clean license would go to a firm that marks up every fee to add to the bottom line.....and guess who gets it? Not you whose overwhelmed and stressed out....the inexperienced and erratic executives who could not get the same title at any other firm. Period. Don’t stress though, take a vacation with your raise and bonus! Oops. Never mind. No raises and they eliminated vacation time for employees with less than 2 years and gutted those above that to a few days off. Do a good job and expect way more responsibility with no compensation.
