Rock solid software. Engineering truly embraces the open source paradigm. You will be exposed to a large number of customers with a variety of software/hardware architectures. You will have the opportunity to work some of the brightest people in the industry.
Cons
With HQ based out in Dublin, Ireland communication with your counterparts is extremely challenging. The 8 hour time difference can make it almost impossible to get any decent amount of work done. Management does not believe in the appropriate balance of work and life. It is highly likely you will be working weekends to satisfy promises made by sales and project management to customers.
