1. HR is unethical, don't even have to summarize why another review did it already. Report issues to HR? You're likely the one to get fired or in trouble. Honestly even calling it an HR department is a joke 2. People First? No more like CEO first. You are lied to from day 1 that people come first, people come last here. How do even people even agree to work here? It's appalling 3. How is anything but a 1 star review... it's probably HR or management writing their own reviews before they get investigated for being unethical and a horrible company overall 4. Newwave is synonymous for toxic , whenever you hear anyone leaves it's always a congratulations. Congratulations for finding a way out. 5. Anyone who is still here and hasn't begun to apply outside, I seriously am concerned for your health 6. These "we're sorry we're working on it responses" are comical, no you're seriously not working on it, because it is getting worst every day 7. If you're still here on IDOS specifically, you gotta run away whether you have a job lined up or not. Trust me you will be appreciated anywhere else and respected. 8. Whenever you try to pitch ideas to management, they'll either lie to you and say they'll try to implement them or they'll just flat out disrespect you upfront. 9. Workload unreasonable? Doesn't matter CEO and management don't care about you or your work life balance.
