In terms of all the companies that I have worked for NewStore has a great corporate culture. The leadership is inclusive and works to gather feedback from the whole organization. The teams have adopted new ways of selling and pricing the solution which has made it very easy to do business with customers Product and engineering teams work hard to deliver capabilities and stick to their roadmaps. NewStore provides a great work-life balance and has offered 4-day work-weeks throughout the year.
Cons
Product and engineering roadmaps have changed without some communication to the rest of the organization. While the decisions could have been valid, it would be better to communicate these changes. More opportunities for learning and training could be provided
