After a recent merger with a (manufacturer of hearing aids) time off was increased and the cost of health insurance decreased.
Cons
Sexist, ageist, racist. Management quotes Christianity while leading without ethics. Very high turnover. Compensation for all is considerably lower than comparable companies with a "bonus" incentive which is impossible to earn. Employees are expendable and replaceable. Organization attempts to manage with fear and continually requires more and more of employees without any encouragement or increase in compensation. Employees continually criticized. Constant turnover; chronically short staffed.
