      The location is really nice, and the benefits package is great.

      Cons

      The turnover rate was high, which led to instability on the sales team. When I started, the office was full of people; by the time I left, it felt nearly empty.

      benefits are good. The office is nice. Hybrid schedule is nice.

      Cons

      leadership doesn’t allow growth. Management does not allow changes for better. Micromanaging. Turnover rate is high.
