      Pros

      They may try to offer you a decent salary but trust me, it’s not worth it.

      Cons

      The owner of this company is completely disrespectful to his employees and clients. He was constantly condescending and insulting, creating an uncomfortable and hostile work environment with a high turnover. Don’t let the couple of longer term employees fool you, they have settled for working in constant chaos. I’ve seen his temper and questionable business practices first hand and would HIGHLY recommend seeking employment elsewhere!

It probably would have been shorter- but we decided to give you chance after a horrendous couple of first days with you - look in the mirror Questions asked the first day this drive is too long can I work from home two to three days a week The hours are too early can't handle them I really can't sit a desk for longer than 5 hours Get a clue -

      I am going on 22 years with Newgen Business Solutions. Everyone is great to work with and all hard work gets recognized. Definitely recommend applying for any open positions to work with a great team.

      Pros

      Great environment for learning and growth, especially if you’re driven and want to sharpen your sales skills. Leadership is accessible and very supportive, and you get real exposure to complex sales cycles and enterprise conversations. The product, ConventionSuite, has strong market relevance, particularly in the events and experiential space, which makes conversations meaningful. Team culture is collaborative and there’s a clear focus on performance and results. I have never been happier.

      Cons

      Like most sales roles, it’s fast-paced and can be demanding.
