      Pros

      If you have an idea you get to run with it. Their recruitment video states "the doors to the Executive Team are always open." Well they are. They really do value ideas.

      Cons

      If you're not a self starter you may be left behind.

      Pros

      They made sure I had plenty of opportunities for learning, gave me options of what I wanted to experiance and work on, and everyone was so incredibly kind and welcoming.

      Cons

      The only issue I ever had was with HR and their onboarding/timing of everything, but other than that this was a great internship experiance!
