      Pros

      Love fellow employees. They are great.

      Cons

      Not paid well enough. Employer doesn't care about employees. Employees are overworked. When someone leaves, the work is shuffled around to another employee who already has their own workload.

      Pros

      NewBold has been a challenging and exciting place to work. They constantly strive for improvements and ways to make our jobs better. The company is fast pace, quick growing, and very challenging, but in a good way. I have seen many improvements company wide over the last few years, thanks to the leadership and management teams.

      Staffing certain departments has been a challenge, but is getting better.
