(Impersonal) Those who are highly agreeable can succeed, conversely those who can be confrontational (within an office work environment) will be treated differently. High turnover for certain positions, mainly sales. Office attire rules only apply to certain employees. Advice from employees on how to improve the business or the work environment is ignored. If there is poor performance, management fails to self-reflect as to whether their leadership or management style is to blame or at least partially responsible.
