      Pros

      You can make alot of money with the mandatory extra 20hrs you have to work on top of your regular 40hr work week.

      Cons

      The place is nasty from the breakroom to the production floor. Management will back up their supervisors even to the point where they allow job harassment (on the supervisors end) They wait til you have 5min left of your shift and force you over. DO NOT COME TO WORK HERE! You might as well get locked up in jail! Jail will be better...seriously!

      Pros

      has a good benefit package. some great coworkers who are willing to go the extra mile to help out. good place to begin a career in maintenance.

      Cons

      there is only a basic training program when hired , there is no on going training program in place at this time. hourly personnel turn over is way above industry norm for a plant operating for over 20 years.
