I never thought I would grow and learn that much when I took this position. I love having the opportunity to better myself everyday while helping others do the same. The team is definitely incredible and so fun to work with. They genuinely care about everyone goals and will support it in anyways as possible. Very driven culture, ready to work to reach the stars.

My experience with New Wave has been incredibly rewarding!! I first joined as a summer intern and continued part-time once the school year began, even receiving academic credit from my university for the position. From the start, I was welcomed into a supportive and energetic environment that truly encourages growth, learning, and professional development. One of the most fulfilling aspects of the work is the opportunity to partner directly with nonprofit organizations. Being able to contribute to causes that make a real difference in communities adds an extra layer of purpose and motivation to the work we do every day. After graduating, I was excited to stay on and continue building my career with the team. It has been amazing to grow alongside the company and witness its expansion on a national level. Seeing that growth firsthand has been incredibly inspiring and speaks to the dedication and collaboration of everyone involved. I’m grateful for the opportunities I’ve had and excited to see the continued growth and impact in the future ahead for New Wave!
