Terrible Work/Life Balance & Disorganization - Anonymous employee New Vision Wilderness Employee Review

Management is terrible - completely disconnected from their employees and workaholics that expect the same 80+ hours a week from all their staff. They pay bottom dollar and do not respect their employees, especially their field staff/grunts on the ground. Very disorganized which causes emergency situations because of their lack of planning.
