A great forward thinking company, easy to work for, and open to employee input. NUTelecom has established itself as a fantastic community asset, worthy of the respect they have earned through caring for their employees as well as each community in which they operate.

During the period I was lucky enough to work for NU Telecom, Inc. I never felt that there was a downside to my employment.

Pay is really the only thing they have going for them. But even that is mediocre compared to other companies.

Used to be a nice local company, now they are turning into a big corporation. Record revenue and more federal and state grants than ever before but they continue to screw their employees over. They have stripped away countless benefits in just the last 2 years. Nothing this company does make sense. Management has no spine and other departments are a bunch of nazi desk jockies implementing useless policies.
