There is really nothing to say in pros just managers are really very good and supportive.

There is a lot of micromanagement in the company. The CEO and VP constantly pressure employees to work overtime and overload them with tasks that cannot be completed within an 8-hour shift. There are no proper appraisals, no formal training, and employees are made to feel underconfident by being scolded and spoken to negatively. Office hours officially start at 9:15 AM, but there is no fixed time to leave; it could be 7:30 PM, 8 PM, or 9 PM. They do not conduct background checks, and there are no appraisals. Most of the positive reviews here are encouraged by HR, who sends links asking employees to write them. The company has a "hire and fire" culture, where employees can be asked to leave at any time. People who don't have other job options are mentally harassed, as more and more work is piled on them.

People are very good and fine
