Good starting wage Union Benefits Free Bus fare (one time card) Not a lot of direct supervision, easy to work without bosses getting in the way

Cons

Lack of official training Little support Don't take you seriously if you are not a man HR is way too small Lot's of big promises and little follow through Doesn't care about employees Anti-Union management Big Company apathy for employees with little of the 'local business' benefit of a caring staff. Average age of employees are 40+

Met really cool people, the customers I delievered to made the job tolerable for 4yrs

Cons

Liars from the top tothe bottom. Lie to employees, lie to customers then have the csr go deal with them in person, and spit in their face with price increases
