Pros
It really is a different style company than any company I have worked with before. It has that family feel, yet it is a larger company. All management is open to all and any ideas, concerns, feedback, issues and improvement areas (no matter your status or position in the company, they want to hear about it and take care of you and our company). They are wonderful with working with schedules. I love my job and have a life too. You want a place to be recognized for the work and effort you put in to your job, this is the place. I hope and plan on working here until I retire!
Cons
Downsides are similar to any work place, no work place is perfect. With that many people you have a little drama, as is the nature of humans. Other downside is no benefits. However to be happy in a JOB well worth the trade. Hopefully down the road we will see some of those benefits come along.
