I have loved working here and I really don't want to stop! The amount of skills I have learnt in this short amount of time is great, this is because of the fantastic support of the team and the constant goal making of the CEO! Every time I do a project I feel like I am learning so much more than the last. Even as an intern you are given tasks that are your own as they trust you and let you grow to be the best you can! The team is so genuine and lovely, making you feel very welcome from day one! Even if you are struggling they will understand and help you with any situation it is! The variety of projects you work on is so much fun and really breaks up the day. To be honest it doesn't feel like work as I am so excited to get into work and not know what fantastic project I am going to be working on next. Working here is just a fun and exciting new experience. Thanks New Republique!

Sometimes I get stressed out with the short deadlines but this is also a good thing as it pushes me to learn how to work better with time.

Really talented hard working team of beautiful designers and developers led by a very passionate and experienced CEO who has so much knowledge in this field having worked both in the UK and European digital agency landscape. Also some amazing big brands within a variety of industries. I was made to feel so welcome from day one - great food and drinks are a regular occurrence. The generosity of the owners was refreshing and my opinion was always welcome which made me feel like I could really make a difference to the future of the business. Their transparency with the staff always made us feel like we are an integral part of the business and the management team always showed appreciation for all the hard work.

On occasion there were some long hours which I've found is very common in agency environments so it was to be expected.
