Good amount of time off between shifts

I can't even begin to explain how awful it was to work for New Reflexions. It has taken me a long time to get over the stress of working there. I could write an essay on what was wrong with the management and the whole structure on the company. Staff were treated very poorly in my opinion. There are some brilliant individuals working there and if you are lucky enough to get a good house manager then it could be a very different experience but it could also be a total nightmare. There were also some members of staff who were dishonest, negligent and should have been sacked many times over but were never shown the door as staff retention was so low.

Working with young people, very rewarding. Excellent staff and management. Support mechanism always available when required Rota system of 3 on 6 off gives plenty freetime. Very good rates of pay Amazing locations. Very fulfilling and rewarding work. First class staff atmosphere

Given the nature of some of the young people worked with, the job can be quite challenging, but to me this is all part of the work we do.
