Pros
I started with NPS in 1979 in Miami, FL. Worked in the warehouse for 9 months and was transferred to Birmingham, AL. That lasted 2 years and was transferred to Schaumburg, IL. I always wanted to work in sales and finally got my break. There were plenty of expectations but none of which were out of line. During my employment, I can't remember a day when I didn't get the support I needed to get the job done. Everyone from management on down was right there. I really did have a good experience working there. I would go back in a minute, if I thought they would take me.
Cons
Somewhat clickish at times. Actually was quite entertaining. It seemed as though you were never on the good side of the GM and the sales mgr. at the same time. Nothing too unbearable.
