      I do not have any project through out the year which is good thing for retired person

      really bad politics. I do not recommend to anyone especially software department at IRIS PASSCAL

      There were not many according to me.

      Cons

      People are not open to innovative approach, too much internal politics and the hidden rule is you have to cater to everyone's egos to get any real opportunity.
