Pros
Lovely new office and great events, snacks and activities that run throughout the year, the people team are honestly great and so is the building when it comes to events. Nice cafe downstairs. Some departments are really nice to work with. Some teams are really nice.
Cons
Office is cramped and you will be lucky if you get a seat unless you come in super early. progression is SLOW! This is why I left, some people are so good at their job and they have not progressed because managers are constantly changing. Whereas some people get lucky and move up quickly because their manager is really nice, these people are always asking for help from others below them and taking the credit, it’s really sad. There is a lot of micro managing and a lot of Assistant level people not doing their jobs making BAA’s run around. I’ve seen plenty girls have breakdowns in bathrooms because of team politics. Unless you are pally pally/fake with the managers you’re not moving up.
