      Pros

      It's an easy job. Doesn't take much brain. They have summer hours.

      Cons

      It's just a place to park your career for a while. Take it easy. Live the beach lifestyle. Don't get stagnant and move on. Also good luck getting hired if you are not white. They pushed out all of their POC employees by either mistreating them or firing them.

      Nothing that I can think of.

      Cons

      You will find some good reviews here because current employee wants bonus. So will need to write good reviews on glass door. Constantly you will get a ping to write a good review. Toxic work environment. You have to be in or tiptoe around inner circle of upper management. Lot of gossip about people who used to work there in past, even though they were not fired. I have seen how they treated POC.

      This is clearly written by a former employee who got let go for constantly showing up late and not doing his work. New Jupiter Media has never, and never will ask any employee to write a review. The only reviews we ever ask our employees to ask for are from our clients about our work. As for the POC comment, I find that to be beyond offensive and ridiculous. New Jupiter Media prides itself on the diversification of its workforce.
