Pros

This company by far is a true hidden jewel. In my time at this company I have been inspired by not just the management and leadership but every single employee. The amount of talent each person brings to the table is top notch. The vibe of a family run company is the core and it hovers around in every interaction. It presents itself as empathy and human and it allows the teams to get down and focus on success. Engineering has a big burden, but they continue to meet the challenges and deliver to the expectations of the business. While priorities might change or get delayed, in the end their is always a progression towards greatness. The last thing is their is so much untap potential still in this company.

Cons

The past. Due to the "family" culture their are many long tenured employees who have a wealth of experience and history. It feels like some are still working in the past, under past management and experiences. What I have witnessed the last 8 months is growth, excitement and a dramatic change to reach greatness.

Pros

Overall not bad, just seem like there is little room to move around once you are hired in. The people are nice except for a select few overall. Usually didn't have trouble requesting time off if needed, treated fair by management etc.

Cons

As stated, little room for growth or moving around when hired in. Seems like if you get hired and later find you would like to help in other ways or move to a different roll its not really an option. There were some elements of favoritism that surfaced. At times was asked to work OT which was not a big deal but don't expect to be able to leave an hour early one day just because you were asked to put in an extra hour the day before. Sometimes went a little too far with micromanagement.
