Friendly coworkers Decent amount of holidays and time off Many opportunities to sign up for conferences, webinars, etc.
Cons
Micromanagement is the norm Very high turn over- not just "normal" turnover because of this field of work No transparency or communication between senior team/management and employees Passive aggressive managers who do not accept feedback No opportunities for growth- despite promises made to employees Senior team is aware of these problems- for at least two years, people have been giving this feedback. They willfully ignore it and make no attempts at meaningful change.
