Pros
They know how to lure millennials and dangle a false, shiny dream in front of them.
Cons
Just wait, for a flood of Glassdoor reviews coming in the next few days following this annual sales rally. The CEO openly asks employees to write positive reviews during these large gatherings, where he continues to sell his own employees on the company, only to progress his own agenda while preaching we should all be studying the bible. Unless you're in FL, where homes sell themselves, or perhaps CO, get ready to be thrown into a struggling market where NHS has promised some broken builder that they are the knight and shining armor "answer". Then be prepared to be reminded of how important your role is to the company and get pushed to figure out how to solve it, all while getting paid enough to be on food stamps without benefits. They 100% expect you to uproot your entire life and move to a new location multiple times throughout your career pitching this as “an opportunity”, (and openly push this expectation), with yet another broken builder. If you have any expectations to advance farther then the bottom tier on their career path, this isn’t for you. Otherwise, expect to get comfortable in an entry position at poor pay. They want you to drink the Koolaid and rope you in on the dream of a broken promise. Don't be fooled. Run now.
