      Good benefits and pay with opportunity for overtime.

      Cons

      Management is awful. Director does not take responsibility for her decisions and actions but instead deflects. Absolutely should not be in charge of managing employees.

      Pros

      The health benefits are affordable. They also have a clinic onsite that will do basic checkups at not cost. Health Risk Assessments are completely yearly that help determine health insurance premiums based on risks such as weight, glucose levels, blood pressure, ect.

      Cons

      NHC is notorious for underpaying employees. Due to it being a government entity, county budgets cuts often lead to job elimination.
