      Encouraging team with a high drive for sales and making money. Flexible schedule with vast room for growth. A company where you get out what you put in! A company where you’re pushed to be your best.

      Encouraging team with a high drive for sales and making money. Flexible schedule with vast room for growth. A company where you get out what you put in. Cons The positive and negative reinforcement that comes along with sales can be a little difficult to overcome at first. But since you get out what you put in it’s all determined by you!

      -fun work atmosphere -lots of growth opportunity -they really invest your value and provides mentorship in every area

      Not necessarily a con, but it is a lot of hard work. You will see that it pays off.

      Pros

      Was promised growth opportunity and there’s more than enough with quick advancement if that’s something that you’re looking for. I came in entry level and worked my way up through sheer work ethic because this a merit based company which I love. The company is really big on professional development as well, so in terms of growth personally, I have seen a world of difference.

      Cons

      Just like any company, some of the sales trainers are better than others.
