Don't believe the Positive Reviews - Anonymous employee New Freedom Employee Review

The reviews from employees stating that they "Love it" here and are giving high ratings are people who were brought in on the sly and part of the massive nepotism problem at this company. The favorites get favored and those who came in to the organization without having any connections no matter how hard they work are treated unfairly. Their core values are a joke because the executives and directors don't abide by them and then wonder why the turnover is so high. EEOC complaints have happened and more to come I know.
