Old School - Anonymous employee New Flyer Employee Review

Management are paid hefty amounts of money but does not know how to do their jobs. Can't get any done until we have to ask HR - never seen a workplace like this where managers are not aware of the process. Their disguised fun company events are no fun - i want to have fun with my workmates not strangers. I think this company is trying to keep up with the trend but cant coz it's ran by old people.
