Overall not bad - Experienced Carpenter New Energy Works Employee Review

Friendly co-workers, beautiful shop space, reasonably interesting work.

Not a huge opportunity for growth within departments due to the size of the company.

Benefits are good, insurance program is great.

Upper Management is micromanagers. Makes you feel like you dont know what your doing (No matter the experience you already have). No credit is given for success. CEO is tanking company and nothing is being done to fix it. Youll never get a raise. No growth oppurtunities.
