Great environment with ample opportunities to excel - Relationship Manager New Direction Trust Employee Review

I started there in 2017 as an entry level employee and have been promoted over the years. Their benefit package is great and allowed me to grow into the position that I'm currently in. The leadership and support that was given to me during my journey to my current position has been unmatched by any other jobs I've had in the past.

No cons. They have a great culture and believe in internal development and promotion.

Every second, every decision, every interaction, matters. -We have a CEO with a clear and transparent vision and a plan to reach that vision. He's inclusive and relies on the leaders he's surrounded himself with to help get us all there.

The leadership team didn't get new chairs in the remodel... pffff. Seriously though, our efforts to change, innovate, hold each other accountable certainly and realistically don't come without some tough moments, but I have zero criticisms that aren't naturally part of growth, success and determination. Nothing outstandingly negative or isn't just a part of doing business.
