Houston Office - Great office location, great working environment and great team culture Varity of Clientele Varity of projects including services and software

Cons

Fort Collins Office - Bad work environment and bad work culture. Everyone is territorial and hesitant to share information Lack of Trust in the ownership/Executive leadership - Don't have the best interest of their employees and fail to inspire and lead from the front Lack of Respect from the ownership/executive leadership - Don't value employees opinions and recommendations. Broken Promises by the ownership/executive leadership - Promises made on the employment offer letters were not honored.

Pros

I work for the Integrity Plus division of New Century. Management takes care of you if you show results and willingness to get results and want to learn. Excellent use of activities to reward employees during the year. New office location Growing company that has a great business plan and goals Professional, relaxed, dedicated work environment that is open to input from employees

Cons

Going through growing pains internally (which happens during growth spurts) Make bonuses once a year and everyone on the same schedule.

Pros

Great scrum team - i enjoyed the people I worked with and the general atmosphere in the software development production floor Good work-life balance - as long as I did my job in 40 hours I would punch out consistently at 5. Sprint requirements were usually reasonable and not a 'death march' CEO is a well-meaning guy and seems to generally care about his people

Cons

Compensation far below market value (the industry hurting made this worse) Feeling of no advancement opportunity Very little room to grow / innovate Petty office politics and management styles double speak - saying one thing and not executing toxic employees allowed to effect the development process despite ubiquitous concerns expressed Somewhat inflexible work schedules - would have to report every time I wanted to work from home, even if it was for an hour doctor's appointment Lacks automated testing and antiquated quality controls in the agile process
