      A good place to learn.

      Cons

      It is an overwhelming place to work at. There is a huge amount of work and the pay does not match with it. They do not pay overtime and you have to work no less than 10 hours a day. You have to take work home and work on Saturdays as well.

      Do Not Work Here!!! Terrible, terrible management..the supervisor DOES NOT know what they are doing, and none of the long term employees know anything about Property Management. If you attempt to show them the right way, they get bent out of shape. Extremely unprofessional. The president herself has no idea what goes on within the properties..its such a mess all around. I am looking for another company ASAP. Anyone who knows how property management works in the real world would laugh at the way things are handled with this company. What a joke!!
