The administration is full of nepotism and they will create jobs that didn't previously exist for family members. They don't actually care about student success, they just want their numbers to look good. If Yolanda doesn't like you, they will create a hostile work environment to try and get you to quit. If they can't get you to quit, they will find a way to get rid of you.
