Pros

Base Pay, experience growth, training opportunities

Cons

WAY overworked which leads to burnout and terrible work/life balance. The departments are small and the company chooses to cram more work on employees than hire more. Managers are very catty and do not care about front line needs. Cult mentality and will find a way to fire you if you don't fall in line. Their mission is a con while execs get major bonuses from the work their employees break their backs to do.

Pros

There are some amazing people working in the field. The work really does save lives. You will get to me lots of travelers that work in the OPO world because this place would fall apart without them.

Cons

High turn over and burn out rate. They love to sell you the "culture" and show you the few happy employees they haven't ran into the ground yet. The leadership with experience have mostly left or are leaving. They are being replaced with people with ZERO experience in the field or job they are managing. The work life balance is horrific. They claim to promote from within but they really do not do that much. They have invested in some great sales people to "sell" you working here. Just do not count on being "in" with management unless you will give ALL of your time to the company. People who pick up extra work all the time are ok for awhile. If you try to protect your days off and work life balance, they will smile and say its ok, but it will not be for long. You will no longer fit the core values and then they can let you go. Pay attention to the reviews of the past few years. You will see the pattern.
