Pros
Really seem to care about diversity, responded well to the pandemic supporting staff well, and the pay is reasonable. Had a good tempo of updates to the organisation, and seemed to genuinely care about people's health (mental and otherwise) during a highly trying time.
Cons
Lots of good talk, but the exec team and all levels of management was full of huge egos, and it's more about being seen to do good work rather than actually doing good work in order to be promoted. Since been acquired by TransUnion, and we shall see if that changes things.
