Pros
- still a new startup in Malaysia but its a well established public listed company in China (first software listed company in China) - friendly co-workers and management as its more towards higher education background, they owned a university and several technical college. - Given more opportunities for new employees since you are more independent, freedom and not over high expectations of workload compared to other Chinese companies out there in the market.
Cons
- downsides its like its a giant multi-national company, therefore its take longer time for decision making and more time for employee and management for the vision/mission alignment
