Pros

The B2B wearable markets for their sensors, such as smart watch and VR headsets did not sky rocket. So the company pivoted to selling B2B2C solutions for healthcare , education and vocational training, provided differentiated value directly to consumers. As an engineer, I was way more motivated solving end user's problem. The B2B customers also get to volume and revenue much faster.

Cons

Below market pay. Yes, it is a startup so stock options is a major part of the compensation. But I found my new startup job that pays way above market.

Pros

Very smart and welcoming people. A successful company that still keeps that small company feel, with a good culture that encourages innovation. Also, it's in a good location. The technology is interesting to work with and has a lot of potential for being used in research as well as the games.

Cons

Sometimes you can feel out of your depth with the work unless you are well versed in EEG technology.
