Pros
There are a lot of benefits to working at Neurocore, I'll just name a few that meant the most to me: - the fact that everything is very well organized, there are no hassles, ever, client/company and company/employee relationships unprecedented for me - internal communication, inbetween team communication, and manager/employee and obviously ceo/manager is also unprecedented, you don't know how much this changes things (for the better) until you get to work in a company that does this right! - compensation is decent, enough to cover living in this area definitely - the actual work can take a toll, but at most times it's kind of a mix between being quick-paced and relaxed, but certainly not too stressful, just the way I like it. No room to get lazy, but no too much pressure neither - great balance! (for me at least) - other things like office location, cleanliness, organization, employee work equipment, all to the highest standards and in most cases, slightly better than what I was used to
Cons
Nothing specific in mind, there are things that you don't like sometimes (speaking generally, things that will come up in any given workplace, not just here). -But if you're a smart/hard worker, you'll definitely be fine, and you'll be compensated for your work, and you'll see career improvement if you deserve it
