      Toxic clinical management team that places blame when it is not necessary and makes it difficult to want to continue working hard.

      Supportive and approachable leadership, excellent training, strong teamwork, clear communication, opportunity to advance and grow, high professional standards, and meaningful patient interactions.

      Cons

      At times the pace can be fast due to patient volume, but the strong teamwork and supportive leadership help make it very manageable.

      Pros

      Love the feeling of being wanted like as a person not just a number. And was concerned working from home and the way they trained me gave the confidence I can do this job!

      Cons

      Nothing has happened to cause concern been there for 3weeks too.
