      Cons

      The management team are a bunch of big headed unorganized disoriented men who don't give two woots about their staff or clients. The people who pull 40-80 hours a week get talked to like trash and belittled. Since I have started there has been 11 people who have quit and as far as right now 7 more people are looking for employment elsewhere so if offered a job here do not take it

      Pros

      Nursing management and staff are so supportive. The ruled by doing. This was so refreshing to see. House managers and techs were amazing! Unfortunately, I left to attend to hiatus. However, I would do it all over again and my go back.

      Literally nothing comes to mind. Great company!

      Pros

      As a nursing assistant you'll always have work, the schedule is pretty solid and predictable.

      Cons

      You're probably going to have a new boss every 4 months. The onboarding and interview process is a little tedious and honestly looked sketchy at first.
