Primarily the clients-being part of a company that works hard everyday to provide a better quality of life & give hope to a population that is often forgotten and challenging to work with can be so rewarding.Administrative team are trying to make the company a better employer of choice with compensation & benefits. Smaller company has more of an interpersonal relationship with employees.
Cons
Disorganization, frequent compromise on quality for saving on money, everyone acts and believes to be leaders, a high level of miscommunication throughout multiple departments, the industry along with work stresses it entitles effects the mood of management in responding to request and overall attitude. Little to no festivities for employees.
